Proteins are also composed of phosphorus and sulphur. The main uses of these types of food in our body include enabling growth and development, building body structures, enzymes, and hormones. The main categories of vitamins and minerals are water soluble or those that dissolve in water and fat soluble or those that stay in the body through fat. Minerals, on the other hand, are those that are non-organic. They are the ones critical and maintaining the health of the bones and the teeth. The best thing about these is that you can pretty much find them in anything you eat.
