They have the goal of giving employees a good time so as to avoid them getting burned out. They are done to boost the morale of the people so they can come back to be more productive.

Training and orientation types of business meetings are important meetings that are given to the new employees. Training and orientation meetings are ones that set the expectations of the people. They are ones that have the goal of making new employees get a feel of what the business is about, what things are expected of them, and let them know what their jobs entail. Orientation meetings include getting ot knows and other activities. Trainings are more specific. They will allow employees to learn how they can do their jobs well in order to make sure that all of them will be on the right page.
